contacts info about Honor 4x (Che2-UL00)

Hi everybody,

I want to know how to put "first, middle & last name" in contact on my Honor 4x (Che2-UL00).
My contact only has "name" ...not "first, middle or last name" to divide
is it because mine is Che2-UL00?
any suggestions?

Can you put the name like "first, middle & last name" in Che2-L11 or indian version?
if that so, can i get the contact apk from it?
