Change Android Phone/Tablet description in PC (HELP)

Hi everyone.
After change my custom ROM (BT name, version, etc) I put it on Android device and it's work!!! :)
When I connect my android to PC on autorun box i saw the real name of device.
but when I go to my computer, i saw changed name.
Please help me..
