Canadian S5 stock Rom

Hi, I have a Canadian S5 which is not working for some reason. I tried installing many different stock roms which I got from various websites and they would boot up then everything would stop responding on the setup screen. Then I installed twrp and tried to install several different custom roms they would not boot. Then I've decided if I could get a nandroid backup from a working S5 and restore it on mine. Would that work? If so please help me find one I've searched and cant find any. Thank you in advance!
