Basically I have an unlocked UK Note 4 (SM-N910F) with abysmal battery life, it still has a year left on warranty though. I tried greenify on non-root but with little effect. I've been reccomended to root my phone and flash a rom.
I've looked up how to do this online but most of this is completely new and unknown territory for me. Would I lose all my data if I did this and void the warranty?
I want my note to be like stock android with superb battery life and reliability. They are my 3 main needs, any suggestions on how to get this much appreciated.
