Can't root my HTC One M8 Harmon Kardon Edition

I have tried and tried and tried to root my Sprint HTC One M8 and haven't been able to. I have enabled debugging. Tried several programs like Kingo. I have tried the instructions on the HTC-Dev site. When I'm on the last step I get an adv missing error even though I have several programs for it. I have the exact file that it says is missing! I have tried as many methods I can find and spent over 10 hours trying to do this to no avail. I have scoured the forums and cannot find any solution.
Is there any company/store/freelance that I can pay to do it for me? I'm at the end of my rope. All the programs I've tried have no need compatible with this exact phone... I need help!
