Can't Install Any Rom

So after I finally got the time to upgrade to Lollipop firmware after using a Lollipop rom on KitKat firmware for about two months, I am no longer able to install any variant of any rom with the exception of the Verizon ViperOneM8, which is bad since I use Tmobile. I tried to go back to InsertCoin but it wouldn't work (tmo, verizon, and intl), then I tried ViperOnem8's Tmobile variant and that wouldn't work either. They all just boot straight to Hboot, and I tried about 9 different roms so far (more if you separately count each variant)..I also put the phone back to SuperCid after upgrading, which should allow me to install any variant of a rom, I also flashed the Google Play Edition radios to get help with crappy service (this was after I realized I couldn't install roms). Here is what I get from the fastboot getvar all command.

Did I mess up somewhere, because I can't seem to find what is wrong.
