Can't get into Quallcom 9008 mode

Hello, I can't get into Quallcom 9008 mode. My phone is bricked. Won't turn on. When I plug it via USB and make a testpoint, Windows show notification 'Device not recognized' I'm using Windows 10 64 bit, can you help me? How to unbrick my phone
