Bricked FireTv - Install Recovery Rom on Device?

I bricked my firetv, I can gain access with a usb cable and fastboot which gets me into the recovery menu. I followed This Guide.

I am stuck on the next step to install the recovery rom back onto the firetv. I cannot get adb access so how do I transfer the rom.zip file back onto the firetv? Second step
