Boot Loop with no Charge and no Recovery access

Hi everyone,

I'm not able to access the Recovery Mode ! It shows the blue line "Recovery booting..." but it goes back into boot again :rolleyes:

And it doesn't keep charging when Turned off.
Anyone experienced such issue ?

This afternoon I was able to access the download mode. Is there any Bootrepair tools that could be used with odin (like I've seen with some other mobiles) ?
Should I flash it if possible ? Any instructions please...
