Bluetooth shutter remote with stock camera app?

Hello,

I was thinking of getting a bluetooth shutter remote, they are less than 2$ on aliexpress and can be useful sometimes.

But what i was wondering is that if it can be used with the stock camera app or do i have to use a specific app for it? I just wanted to use it with the stock camera app but i don't know if its possible or not. Anyone with one can give some insight?
