blinkfeed frozzin with TBP help

I have a rooted htc one 7, I do not know if debugging is on or off,
I ran tritium backup and froze blinkfeed with no other home page,
only goes on logo page, but can open to (I don't know what this page is called, but you access it with the power and volume button)
I read that you can remove programs with ADB, but I do not know how to access my cell, with ADB, but I did find the commands to remove TBP
