Best method for editing build.prop

So I've noticed the LG G4 build.prop size of 11.24KB, however, if I try to edit it in say build.prop editor, or root file explorer, it shrinks it down to 10.2KB which will result in boot loops unless if I restore the backup I have.

I never encountered this problem on my other phones (this is my first LG though)
