Back to Stock for HTC Backup

Hi, I recently flashed CM12 onto my T-Mobile M8.
I had backed up my contacts and messages with HTC Backup not knowing that the app wouldn't work without Sense.
How would I go about reverting back to stock?

I have S-On
Running 5.0.2
