Auto boot the android device (HTC One S) when charger is connected

I have been searching this for quite sometime but could not find any method which I can implement. I have the HTC One S (T mobile) when the phone off and charger is connected the phone little LED turns on in amber color while the phone is charging when the battery is charged it's color changes to green. But it's screen always remains off, no animation at all. The only way to turn on the phone is by pressing the power button. So, if your phone's power button malfunctions there is no way you can turn on the phone (probably). That is why I am looking for some solution to turn it on either automatically or by some commands through computer without touching the power button.
