DSP Manager for me is a amazing audio effect. But new features only develop for Omnirom[/B], that's a disappointment. :(
So what I done is modifying original DSP Manager source code to add audio framework component into it to make it works, now I'm able to add more new effects and options into it easily. Also, it basically work for any CPU that run lolipop.
Now support KITKAT AND LOLLIPOP DEVICES
Original DSP Manager features:
1. Compression
2. Bass Boost
3. Equalizer
4. Virtualizer
Extra:
1. Adjustable Low pass filter (Set from 20Hz to 200Hz)---Bass Boost
2. Changeable low pass filter type---Bass Boost
3. Stereo Widener
4. Adjustable echo decay---Virtualizer
Misc: Remove log for reduce binary size
How to install?
1. Copy DSPManager.apk to /system/app
2. Copy audio_effects.conf to /system/vendor/etc (If folder not exist, create it)
3. Depend on what CPU you have, basically armeabi-v7a in Maths_Library should work on all arm device. Atom machine use x86,etc.
PM: armeabi-v7a-hard is for ARM CPU with hard float processor, but never mind.
4. Copy libjamesdsp.so to /system/lib/soundfx
Why not use other equalizer/effects?
This is fully open source, no extra code added, check below Github link.
