Advice needed on an Android HU.. So what exactly can I DO with an Android HU?

I currently have a lower end Windows CE 6 Chinese head unit. Im pretty sure it runs on a 400 or 600 mb cpu, several years old, slow and laggy at times and very UNmoddifiable.

I have been tweaking my andoid phones for YEARS and i think an android head unit may just be the perfect fit.

Ive poked around on here and havent found anything about this particular HU.

Any experience with similar units and any advice is much appreciated!

Is the price (0) a good deal for the quality ond hardware of this unit?

Will i be able to use ROM's on here to update the sofware?

What can be done to this unit to get a better experience?
