Advantages of kernel v3.10 ?? Any possibilities for porting to redmi 1s ??

I know this is too much to ask... But out of my large hope on our developers & friends, I'm asking this...

Is there any possibilities to port v3.10 kernel to our device?
Wat r the advantages of using v3.10 over 3.4 ? (Definitely there are lots of changes as i searched regarding this, but couldn't understand most of them) :D :silly:
