About "hammerheadcaf" factory image

hi,
i'm new with nexus 5 i have a hammerheadcaf d821 modele and i want to know if google factory images are the same for hammerhead and hammerheadcaf i mean i can just download the hammerhead factory image and flash it to my hammerheadcaf ?
