Help!
So I recently got a new old Razr M off ebay after my old one got dropped one too many times. Got it, it looked great, booted great, screen was uncracked. Perfect. Except that it was running Jellybean. No problem, went to Settings and pressed System Update.
"Your device is up to date! No update is necessary at this time." Over and over. I tried a hard reboot, a factory reset from menu, a factory reset from external buttons, but nothing worked. The phone thinks that 4.1.2 is the latest version Android OS. Went to Verizon for help and the guy tried, but he couldn't help either.
What can I do to update to Kitkat? Thanks
