*228 intercept.....

Could someone edit whichever one of these APKS intercepts *228 dials, and disable that intercept? Not sure which one listens for *228 calls and blocks them, but it has to be one of these (probably phone.apk).
Or talk me through how to do it on my own?

(Yes I know that a 4glte sim doesn't need *228 dialing).
