0.75x Animation Scale?

Can it be done? I'm running stock rooted with TWRP on W8 5.0.2 and I only have 0.5x and 1x. I would love a middle ground as that seems perfect for me.
Unfortunately a custom rom is not an option because it bricks my device, trust me, I tried. All roms are only 5.1.1 and we don't have it yet in Canada so an incompatible bootloader either bricks or causes other very frustrating bugs or disables vital features.

I have looked around on other forums and saw a few thread with either no replies or a few replies that don't give a solution.
