Text Pop up window

Is there an app or any way so when you receive a text or otherwise on the Gear 2 Watch, a partial of the text displays immediately, without you having to click on it first then go read the text in full, so you can handfree read the text first without having to click on it?

Similar to the pebble, that directly displays the text, instead of just a notification you have a text.
