Sony Xperia Z3+ E6533 Camera Super Auto or Manual 20.7MP which shoots best?

I am curious to know if anyone has tried comparison between superior auto and manual 20.7MP

Superior auto takes 8MP photos only using 20.7MP sensor...so which is best way to get best quality resolution and maximum size of photos?
