Music stops at random times Lollipop 5.0

Hi all. I've been having a problem with my phone where audio cuts out through the Music app at random times. I can play music through Soundcloud and Mixcloud and Songza and Youtube and Digitally Imported without a problem. I've cleared the data many times on both the Google Play Music and Music applications through the Application Manager. I also tried uninstalling the updates for Google Play Music and still no go. I started to think that it may be just my microSD card, so I tried playing music off my HAM2's memory, with my microSD card ejected, and I still get music stopping at random times. I think I kind of narrowed it down to the Music application, I'm not too sure though. Any help would be awesome.. Perhaps anybody with the same problem? Oh and by the way I had a HAM2 variant and I did the conversion in order to get Lollipop. Other then this problem I don't seem to have any other issues.
