JIaYu G4 adanced not recognised in Win7 X64

Since I had to reinstall WIn7 my JiaYU G4 advanced is not recognised. It is visible as YunOS ACB interface. I have uninstalled the YunOS, used USBDeview to delete all instances of an Android phone but still get the samen problem. I want to flash a new ROM, (I have 4.2.1 ) Maybe someone knows a ROM that I can install with CWM from the SD card.
