Huawei y530 - PHONE LOCKED

Hy everyone, I have a one big problem with my huawei y530.I can't turn ON it's stuck on start with message that the PHONE LOCKED. When I want to run recovery or when i want make hard reset with vol+and vol- and power I get same message PHONE LOCKED.i can't start him.I don't know what is that but for now my phone is dead. If everyone know how to fix that i Will be very thankful.
