How to revert back to stock and accept OTA update?

can someone please walk me through how go back to stock recovery to accept OTA's and also update TWRP? i.e. can newer version of TWRP be installed from old TWRP?

Unlocked bootloader, rooted, TWRP 2.8.0.1.
