help my htc desire 610 restarts the second turn!!!!!!

my htc desire 610 restarts the second turn:(:(:(:(, gets through the logo and loading system but there is again restarted without stopping and can not do the restore factory or from your computer or from the bootable, managed to make it back to the factory settings, my htc desire 610 not root, is not bootable ...... unlocked my might help because it is the cellular everyday :crying::crying::crying::crying::crying::crying:.. ... thank you very much
