Android 5.0 ROM with Bluetooth LE Peripheral Mode?

I am trying to find a ROM that I can install on my HTC One M8 that will enable the Bluetooth Peripheral Mode. Like an idiot I made a purchase that required Bluetooth LE and I didn't look into the details. I found out that while Android 5.0 supports BLE, the HTC One M8 only has part of the functionality enabled and so the Peripheral Mode doesn't work. Anyone know of a ROM I can install that has all of the Bluetooth functionality enabled?
