2 Turbos, only one will charge from truck USB port?

Hey all - my gf and I both have turbos, both rooted, aside from which both are pretty much stock. Hers will charge via my truck's USB port but mine will not; when I plug it in, I do get "connected as a media device," so the connection is happening, it's just not charging. Any ideas?
